    This service is perfect for guests who are looking for a big change! This service is ideal for bleach and tones, rainbow colours or colour corrections. It includes the following techniques: highlighting, platinum card foiling, air-touched foiling, balayage or a mixture of them. Your stylist will custom tailor your reservation to fit your hair needs. This may include bond

    builder, toner, root smudge, specialty treatment, glaze or fantasy colours. There are no additional charges for add ons. This session includes a haircut and/or blowout.

POLICIES.

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment is required. This allows us time to fill that opening. Canceling your appointment without giving at least 24 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

No Shows

Missed appointments with no notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount and a deposit will be required to book another appointment.

Late Arrivals

Typically, arriving 15 minutes past your appointment is too late. Keep in mind if you are running late, it causes us to run behind for the rest of the day. Please send a quick message, we will work with you as best we can or rescheduling may be an option​. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your appointment it will be considered a late cancellation. You will have to reschedule and you will be charged 50% of the missed service amount.

We understand that personal and medical emergencies happen. If something comes up please contact us as soon as possible, and we can decide how best to proceed.
